About us

Our Paulton, Bristol workshop is a reliable independent garage for all kinds of repair.

It was started in 1981 by Graham Hodges and Gerald Knight, where they wanted to set up a garage with a good customer service and a friendly environment.

In 2016, Alan Green (who has worked here at Central Garage since 2001) and Mark Gainey, (a trusted friend) also became directors in the company.

Our main focus is on building a trusted rapport with our customers, giving a personalised service to each individual. We also strive to ensure fair, transparent prices and guarantee quality of workmanship, where we aim to get you mobile again as soon as possible.

The team is happy to give you advice at any time, working out the most economical solution for you and your vehicle. We are pro-active in our approach to your vehicle's reliability, comfort and safety.

In the workshop, your vehicle will be maintained exclusively by highly qualified technicians and fully insured whilst repairs are being carried out at the workshop.

You can also bring your vehicle in for inspection, or pop in for a chat without the need to book an appointment in advance.

Our garage is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and our technicians are updated with the latest information on developments and new techniques.
